Our kitchen team does not just charm your palate, but also your eyes with delicacies from fresh and high-quality produce. Wines from our own vinyards
Wine-lovers are well catered for here. On our wine list you’re sure to find a suitable accompanying wine for your menu. We are pleased to recommend our own wines, Grüner Veltliner “Ried Glauberinzer” and Blaufränkisch “Ried Rosenberg”. We lovingly cultivate our vinyards in Purbach am Neusiedlersee lake in the wine growing region of Neusiedlersee-Hügelland. In order to preserve the high quality, the grapes are handpicked and made into full-bodied wines. With their fine aromas they are the perfect companions to our creative menus.
