Finnish sauna

The Finnish saunas with a temperature of 85 – 90° C are effective against colds. The increased body temperature during sweating creates a heightened activity of the body’s immune cells and increases in this way the defence system. Bathing in cold water relaxes the muscles and in addition to the physiological effects also has positive benefits well-being.

Steam room

The steam room is a type of sauna with low temperatures and high air humidity. This increases well-being and has a muscle relaxing effect. Due to the stimulating effect on the skin’s blood flow the skin’s aging process is slowed.

Infrared cabin

With a pleasant temperature of 40° C the infrared cabin has a beneficial effect on the skin. Its relaxing effect is experienced throughout the whole body.
